Installation
Running MCODE
MCODE is a plugin, or extension, for Cytoscape and can only be accessed through Cytoscape.
- Start Cytoscape
- Go to the Plugins Menu
- Move the mouse over MCODE
- Click Start MCODE
- The main MCODE interface will appear in the left panel of Cytoscape
